Quality Culture LLC was incorporated in 2022 by Dr. Kyle Payne.

Our mission is to enable organizations to identify, develop, and support leaders who deliver results for the business while building a culture of quality. We offer coaching services for individuals and for teams, in addition to instructor-led training services. Given our intellectual capital related to structural steel fabrication and erection, we also offer specialized support for welding, coating, nondestructive testing, and quality management. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
