Transparency is important. It can help build trust, and it can make decision making easier and faster . That's why we lay out below our current rates and discounts for our services. ​​​​Standard Daily Rates

​We have a standard rate of $2,500 for the first day of a client engagement, and then we use a reduced rate of $1,500 for subsequent days (up to 5 days total). That means a one-day engagement is $2,500, a two-day engagement is $4,000, a three-day engagement is $5,500, a four-day engagement is $7,000, and a five-day engagement is $8,500.

Discounted Daily Rates
Select nonprofits and socially responsible businesses may be eligible for a 33% discount on the first day of an engagement, or a $1,675 discounted rate. That means a one-day engagement is $1,675, a two-day engagement is $3,175, a three-day engagement is $4,675, a four-day engagement is $6,175, and a five-day engagement is $7,675. ​​​

Hourly Rates

Associated Terms

The rates above apply to all services (i.e., instructor-led training, coaching, and consulting) and all modalities (i.e., in-person, virtual, and hybrid), unless otherwise noted. Please note that additional charges may apply for groups of more than 20 participants to ensure that all participants fully benefit from the experience. For in-person engagements, reasonable expenses for airfare, ground transportation, lodging, and meals are reimbursed by the client. In addition to the engagement itself and associated materials, the rates below cover the necessary pre-engagement meetings to develop a shared understanding of business context, adapt the instructional content and activities as needed to support participants, and discuss logistics. They also cover the necessary post-engagement meetings to review and evaluate.
