AISC Certification Prep

Prior to serving as a coach and facilitator, Dr. Payne was a leader in the structural steel industry, overseeing various technical training programs related to welding, bolting, coating, non-destructive testing, quality management, and Lean Six Sigma. He established and maintained the first quality management system for a large, global, AISC-certified fabricator. He also managed multiple, successful internal audit and supplier audit programs.

When conducting your internal audits, Dr. Payne draws from a wealth of knowledge in structural steel fabrication and erection. He possesses the following certifications:

• AMPP Certified Coating Inspector (formerly NACE CIP Level II)

• ASNT NDT Level III

• SME Certified Manufacturing Engineer
