Fostering Employee Engagement to Make Work Meaningful

Employee engagement is essential for creating a workplace where people feel motivated, valued, and connected to a shared purpose. In this session, participants will explore the key drivers of engagement and how leaders can influence them through everyday actions and conversations. They will learn techniques for aligning individual strengths and values with organizational goals, recognizing contributions in meaningful ways, and creating an environment where employees feel inspired to do their best work. By the end of the session, participants will have a plan for fostering engagement that makes work more purposeful and fulfilling for their teams.

This workshop is available in person or virtually in durations from 1 to 4 hours. Longer sessions allow time for guided self-assessment, in-depth discussion, and skill application. Regardless of duration, every workshop comes with a job aid summarizing key concepts.
